Another Gluten Free Blog

...With some great-looking recipes! I have her carrot cake in the oven right now, made with Ener-G egg replacer. (The girls helped me make it for my birthday today.) And I plan to make the coconut frosting as well. Yummy!

    I love her site. I have found quite a few recipes on there already that have worked really well. But now I'm going to have to investigate this cake. How did it turn out?

    It was pretty yummy! Very crumbly, but that was probably the egg replacer and the fact that I just ground up sliced almonds in the food processor rather than buying the almond flour she recommends. It tasted perfect though!
