So, maybe a year and a half ago I was checking out this site www.strippedmusic.com to listen to the various artists that come out do their own four-song set. I was listening to Carrie Underwood and thought to myself, "She can really sing, but it's a little dry. She's good but a little boring." Then I clicked to watch Natasha Bedingfield's performance. I was blown away. I was only familiar with her radio singles then so I wasn't a huge fan by any means; however, after watching that performance I was sold on her artistic/musical ability. She has charisma, soul, personality and a fantastic voice.
So...unless it's just obscene music, there's nothing wrong with appreciating talent. I only know one song of hers, but from that one song, it's easy to gather that the girl has talent. :)
Dear Natasha's British. She's been getting around. She even wrote some stuff for Hillsong Australia several years back (and possibly recently from what I've heard).
"[S]he attacked everything in life with a mix of extraordinary genius and naive incompetence, and it was often difficult to tell which was which." -Douglas Adams
(My husband claims this quote describes me perfectly) :)

ReplyDeleteAll that to say, Natasha is cool.
Never heard of her. Looked her up and I don't recognize her either. Is she from the US?
