A cottage of your own?

Anybody want to move in across the street from me? The neighbor (who I gather just bought the place) just told me they're putting it up for rent soon. 2 bed, 1 bath, 650 sq. ft., $650 a month neg. There's a little fenced yard with a very old-looking shed made out of logs behind it. In my book, a million times better than a 2 bedroom apartment, and probably cheaper! I would add a pic, but I can't find my cord for the camera... Arg.
